SEASONS: High Season June - July - August -September      Mid Season April - May - October      Low season from November - till March       Public holidays such as Easter, Christmas, are considered high season.

MIN STAY: for the entire villa rental there is a min stay of 4 nights in mid and high season, 2 nights in low season.

For single apartment rental we only accept weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday in mid and high season, 2 nights in low season. Please contact us for mid and high season prices.

We can add 3 single beds (€60/night pp) in the larger apartments or use the 3 double sofa beds at the additional cost of €45/night pp. Check in from 4.00pm till 8.00pm; Check out before 10 am. Early check in or late check out at the extra cost of €50 per apartment. Pets are welcome at no cost. In-house restaurant only for our guests. Babysitter, private drivers, available. We offer assistance in organising tours and activities.

Price includes: vat, tourist tax, use of the pool, wifi, common laundry, linen and towels. No hidden costs. When the entire villa is rented to a group we also require €350 cleaning fee.

Payment policy: 50% deposit at the booking; 50% balance 2 months prior arrival.

Cancellation policy

Single apartment - total refund up to 3 months prior the arrival

Entire Villa rental for Events or Weddings:

- 50% refund of the deposit for cancellation until 6 months prior to your arrival, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable;

- no charges for date postponement up to 6 months before arrival.

The right of cancellation is reciprocal.
